Tingly feeling bert's bees dandruff shampoo?

what gives products like bert's bees chapstick, dandruff shampoo, and neutrogena cream cleanser that tingly feeling, and why doesn't it work below the neck?Tingly feeling bert's bees dandruff shampoo?
thats what im for %26lt;j/k%26gt; but for real it doesnt work below the neck because things are allitle less sensitive down there ;).. i would think its the mentholatedness(is that a word... i guess it is now lol) that makes it tingly... all of that berts bees stuff is just about vic's vapor rub... if you look on the back of the package it says whats in it and menthol crystals should be up there somewhere... menthol is what gives the stuff its good smell and is whats in cigarettes to make them go down easy if your wondering...
